He completed his Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in the United Kingdom in 2013 and, in 2014, earned accreditation as a qualified Civil & Commercial Mediator from the ADR Group in London.

Passionate about raising awareness of IP, Anthony is committed to educating business owners and potential IP holders about its importance. As a registered and qualified trademark agent, he has represented NBS at numerous conferences and talk shows, both as a speaker and delegate. His presentations offer valuable insights into global IP frameworks, with a specific focus on registration processes, enforcement, and safeguarding IP rights in Malaysia. Anthony is also highly knowledgeable about IP registration procedures across popular Asian jurisdictions, including Indonesia, Singapore, China, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and beyond.

Anthony has successfully assisted high-profile clients in reclaiming rights to domain names misappropriated by cyber squatters, utilizing the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) through the appropriate authorities. Additionally, he provides strategic guidance to clients and external counsel on IP litigation, addressing matters such as infringement, cancellation, and invalidation proceedings.
