Her journey in IP began during her college years, where she championed the promotion of geographical indications to local artisans during college community service. Since then, she has cultivated a multifaceted career, starting as an IP researcher for an arts coalition representing respected members in the creative industries. She later managed an 300+ portfolio of IP assets for a multinational manufacturing industrial company. These experiences have honed her ability to connect with inventors and creators from multiple walks of life, applying creative empathy to address their unique needs.

Aicha’s pragmatic approach, combined with her passion for creativity, drives her to develop tailored IP strategies that help clients maximize the value of their intellectual property. For individual creators, this means freeing up time to focus on new innovations, while for businesses, it involves transforming their IP into standalone, valuable intangible assets.

Currently, Aicha dedicates her expertise to assisting Indonesian and foreign clients in enhancing their business value through IP. Her work spans consulting, prosecution support and post-registration maintenance of IP rights. In addition to her professional role, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, where she is exploring innovative frameworks to safeguard unregistered IP assets in Indonesia.
